Access and your account

By creating an account or using Pikalt, you agree to these terms and the service documents linked from them.

• The service is only for people who are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Registration is available by email and password. A person may only maintain accounts used in good faith.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and must notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.

How the service works

Pikalt provides an interface for submitting jobs to external AI providers, storing source files and retrieving results.

• Model availability, processing times, resolution and supported modes may change because of technical constraints.
• An external provider may reject or alter a request under its own rules even when the request is permitted by Pikalt.
• Results come from probabilistic systems. Pikalt does not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, suitability or the absence of similarities to existing material.

Your content and rights

You retain rights in uploaded material and results to the extent allowed by law and the AI provider's terms. You grant Pikalt a limited right to process them only to perform the request, protect the service and operate its features.

• Only upload material you are entitled to use, and do not infringe copyright, trade marks, publicity, image or other rights.
• For intimate depictions of an identifiable real person, you must have verifiable rights and that adult person's freely given consent.
• Every request and item must comply with the Content policy. You may not evade prohibited categories through code words, editing or chained requests.

Credits and affiliate earnings

A job's cost is shown before submission. Credits are reserved during processing and finally debited only after a successful result; a confirmed provider failure releases the reservation.

• Credits are an internal unit for accessing features, not money, a deposit or an electronic payment instrument.
• If paid packages become available, pricing, taxes, expiry and refund terms will be shown before payment and remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
• Affiliate commission is calculated at the displayed rate on eligible net revenue. The attribution window, earning term, hold and minimum apply; requests are reviewed and paid manually. Refunds, fraud and self-referral may cause reversal.

Review and restrictions

Pikalt may review requests and material with automated controls and an authorised administrator when needed for safety, a complaint investigation or legal compliance.

• A prohibited request may be rejected, material removed, and account access restricted or terminated.
• You may appeal through support by providing the job identifier and an explanation.
• Administrator access to user material requires a stated reason and is recorded in the audit trail.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikalt is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, acts of an external provider or use of a result contrary to these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access and changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Pikalt may suspend access for a material breach, safety threat, fraud or legal requirement. Mandatory audit and financial records may remain after closure.

Material changes are published with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service. Mandatory law in your place of residence continues to apply.
