Content policy
Pikalt permits erotic and explicit AI content involving adults, while prohibiting exploitation, absence of consent and unlawful material.
What is allowed
The service is intended for lawful creation featuring clearly adult subjects in consensual contexts.
- Explicit and erotic content with unambiguously adult fictional or synthetic subjects.
- Editing lawful images of adults when the user has all necessary rights and consent.
What is prohibited
The following categories are prohibited in prompts, source files, results and attempts to bypass controls.
- Any sexual content involving a minor, a person of ambiguous age, childlike styling, or an age stated or implied to be below 18.
- Rape, coercion, sexual violence, intoxication or inability to consent, voyeuristic recording, and non-consensual intimate material.
- A sexualised simulation of an identifiable real person without that person's verifiable, freely given consent, including public figures.
- Trafficking, sexual exploitation, blackmail, incest, bestiality and sexual content involving severe harm.
- Material that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, exposes personal information for abuse or instructs others to evade safeguards.
Depictions of real people
An identifiable person's image is subject to a higher standard for demonstrating rights and consent.
- You must be entitled to use the source image and have permission for the requested intimate transformation.
- You may not present synthetic material as an authentic record or use it to deceive, pressure or damage a person's reputation.
- The absence of public source-image sharing does not remove the duty to obtain consent and follow the law.
How the rules are enforced
Checks may occur before provider submission, after a result is returned and during complaint review.
- A request or result may be rejected, held for review or removed without charging for a result that was not delivered.
- Repeated or severe violations may lead to feature limits, account suspension and reversal of improper benefits.
- Where legally required or necessary to address imminent harm, information may be preserved and disclosed to competent authorities.
Review errors and appeals
If lawful material is blocked in error, contact support with the job identifier and context. An authorised administrator will review the decision.
An external AI provider applies its own rules and may reject a request regardless of Pikalt's decision.
