Consent to personal-data processing

Data and purposes

You consent to processing only to create and secure your account, perform requested AI generation, keep history, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain legally required records.

• Account data: email, password hash, locale, age confirmation and acceptance records.
• Generation data: prompts, settings, uploaded source files, results and job metadata. Do not upload unnecessary information about other people.
• Security data: IP address, device and session attributes, timestamps and bounded security events.
• Transactional data: credit entries, referral attribution, eligible revenue and payout requests where those features are used.

Processing and recipients

Processing may be automated and includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, use, necessary transmission to the selected provider, restriction and deletion.

• Pikalt limits access by role, logs administrator access to media and uses short-lived file links.
• Necessary data may be sent to contracted hosting, storage, security and AI providers listed in the Privacy policy. International transfers require applicable safeguards and notices.
• Media is normally retained for 10 days; other categories follow the periods and legal holds in the Privacy policy. Consent remains effective until its purpose ends or it is withdrawn, unless law requires continued processing.

Withdrawal and consequences

You may withdraw consent and request deletion through support. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. If required processing has no other legal basis, the corresponding feature or account will be closed.
