Removal requests
This process is for reporting unlawful, rights-infringing or non-consensual material associated with Pikalt.
When to use the form
Submit a request if you are the affected person, a rights holder or an authorised representative.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, a threat to distribute it, or a synthetic intimate depiction.
- Violation of image or publicity rights, impersonation, exposure of personal information or harassment.
- Copyright or trade-mark infringement.
- Another unlawful act or rights violation with a clear legal basis.
What to include
A complete and accurate report helps us locate material quickly. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.
- A working reply email and your name or the representative's organisation.
- An exact URL, job identifier or other description that uniquely identifies the material.
- The violation category, a concise explanation and supporting documents where available.
- Confirmation that the report is made in good faith and that you are authorised to act for the affected person or rights holder.
Copyright notice requirements
A copyright notice should include the information needed for meaningful review. We do not claim to have a registered DMCA agent until a corresponding entry exists in the official directory.
- Identify the protected work or a representative list of works.
- Identify the material to be removed or restricted and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
- State a good-faith belief that use is unauthorised and that the notice is accurate under penalty for material misrepresentation.
- Include the physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised representative.
How review works
The report receives an opaque identifier. An authorised administrator checks completeness, whether the material exists, the stated basis and potential harm.
- Where sufficient grounds exist, access to identified material may be temporarily restricted during review.
- We may request clarification or notify the material owner without disclosing unnecessary reporter information.
- The material is removed, remains restricted or is restored; the decision and actions are recorded.
Imminent danger and child sexual abuse material
If someone faces imminent danger or material may involve child sexual exploitation, do not transmit the file through this form. Preserve a safe link or identifier, contact local emergency or competent authorities, and tell Pikalt where the material can be found.
Appeals, abuse and report data
The material owner and reporter may appeal through support. Knowingly false, repetitive or harassing notices may be rejected and related accounts restricted.
Contact and report content are used to investigate, respond, prevent repeat uploads and protect legal claims. Access is restricted, actions are logged, and retention follows review needs and law.
